Technical profile/ Your duties:
1. Create building designs and highly detailed drawings both by using (CAD/ BIM) tools.
2. Work around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, zone regulations, environmental impact, project budget
and other project / client constraints.
3. Attend kickoff, brainstorming and supplies meetings held by project’s manager.
4. Use the project’s / phase’s checklists to make sure that each submittal is following Ldp+Partners Quality standards and
submit a signed checklist covering all checklist points status.
5. Follow Ldp+Partners standards in archiving, naming convention and BIM/CAD system using Ldp+Partners’ guidelines in
orientation process including all project’s documents, papers and sketches concerning each task.
6. Collaborate with other team members in the same project to obtain the best technical outputs that matches Ldp+Partner’s
quality standards.
7. Follow Project’s time schedule and voice out any task overlapping or any difficulties.
8. Assist technical team in preparation of design development drawings.
9. Personally verify the quality, correctness and absolute accuracy of own work prior to review by Direct Manager.
10. Revise architectural drawings to ensure that no conflicts or gaps exist, and undertake the creation and plotting of technical
designs (including measurements, levels, and dimensions).
11. Obtain and assemble all technical information, data and drawings needed from relevant departments for full coordination of
drawing across the Civil/Structure, design, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) architectural designs.
12. Researching and maintaining knowledge of engineering disciplines and application methods.

- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Faculty of Engineering.
- From 0 - 3 years experience.
- BIM Professional Certificate is a must.
