Technical profile/ Your duties:
- Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project
- FF&E and materials selection and purchasing for all areas as identified to support architecture and interior design projects.
- Determine the FF&E design concept based on the interior design scheme.
- Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring.
- Request pricing from suppliers.
- Review shop drawings and follow up on all manufactured items.
- Contact with client/consultants/vendors on all FF&E matters and attend site meetings.
- Update and maintain the FF&E library.
Who we are looking for?
- From 5 - 8 years Experience.
- Previous working experience with high end hospitality brands is a must.
- Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in technical report writing as well as oral communication skills.
- Design Talent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, Revit, InDesign and/or equal program for the production of drawings, mood boards and presentation material.
- Excellent client facing skills.
