Brief Description: As a Project Structure Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the structural design of buildings and infrastructure projects. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the structural integrity, safety, and functionality of structures.
Position Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
- Experience in Gulf area’s projects (Concrete and steel buildings).
- Develop detailed structural designs based on project specifications, Local & international codes, and standards.
- Utilize engineering software and tools to create accurate and efficient structural designs.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
- Conduct structural analysis to assess the feasibility and integrity of proposed designs.
- Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all design-related activities.
- Stay updated on relevant building codes, regulations, and industry trends.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns related to structural design.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers.
- Ensure the full consideration of the archiving, naming convention and Ldp+Partners’ CAD/BIM systems through the project, note and notify any shortage in all the above.
- Ensure the delivery of the project in quality through Ldp+Partners quality checklists.

Position Specifications:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Years of Experience from 1 - 6 years in Civil Field.
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:
- Proficient in programs and plugins ex: AutoCAD-Revit-SAP – ETABS – SAFE – PCA Column – Idea static or Staad pro in steel design.
- Proficient in analysis and scheduling programs: Microsoft excel & word, MS Project and ERP System.
- Excellent command of English language.
