• Create building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using (CAD/ BIM) tools.
• Provide Designs through:
• Involving in the Project’s design and process.
• Use his experience to evaluate the client’s needs and expectations.
• Develop ideas for the project.
• Do research into local and international laws and building codes.
• Cooperate with other architects & Designers to create a design plan to present to the client.
• Work around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, zone regulations, environmental impact, project budget and other project / client constraints.
• Attend kickoff, brainstorming and supplies meetings held by project’s manager.
• Use the project’s / phase’s checklists to make sure that each submittal is following Ldp+Partners Quality standards and submit a signed checklist covering all checklist points status.
• Follow Ldp+Partners standards in archiving, naming convention and BIM/CAD system using Ldp+Partners’ guidelines in orientation process including all project’s documents, papers and sketches concerning each task.
• Collaborate with other team members in the same project to obtain the best technical outputs that matches Ldp+Partners’ quality standards.
• Follow Project’s time schedule and voice out any task overlapping or any difficulties.
• Responsible for QC1 before submitting to his direct manager.
