The Impact You’ll Make
Lead the technical coordination of architectural projects, ensuring that design information is accurately developed, coordinated, and translated into high-quality construction documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead technical coordination activities throughout project stages.
- Coordinate architectural information with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, and specialist disciplines.
- Review technical drawings, details, schedules, and specifications.
- Identify and resolve interdisciplinary coordination issues.
- Ensure technical deliverables comply with project requirements and company standards.
- Review BIM models and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Support the team in resolving complex technical and construction issues.
- Monitor technical deliverables and communicate risks or delays.
- Mentor Technical Architects and junior team members.
- Contribute to technical standards, templates, and best practices.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 12+ years of experience in technical architecture and coordination.
- Strong consultancy and multidisciplinary project experience.
Proven experience working on branded hospitality projects.
BIM excellence is a must.
Previous project experience within the Gulf region is required.
- Excellent knowledge of construction detailing and technical documentation.
- Good understanding of BIM coordination and interdisciplinary workflows.
- Strong knowledge of applicable building codes and standards.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
