Senior Technical Architect

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and review detailed architectural drawings, technical packages, and construction documents across all design stages (SD, DD, IFC).
  • Coordinate closely with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines to ensure fully integrated and technically sound design solutions.
  • Prepare, revise, and validate architectural details, specifications, and material selections.
  • Conduct technical audits of project deliverables to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Ldp+Partners’ standards.
  • Resolve complex design issues, clashes, and site-related technical inquiries.
  • Participate in client meetings, coordination sessions, and workshops to address technical requirements.
  • Support project architects in design development, code compliance, and documentation strategies.
  • Review shop drawings, RFIs, and contractor submissions when required.
  • Ensure all work complies with codes, regulations, and project-specific guidelines.
  • Guide junior and mid-level architects, providing feedback, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 7 – 10 years of experience in architectural technical design, detailing, and construction documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and standards (Egyptian Code, SBC, NFPA, International Standards).
  • High proficiency in: 
    • Revit 
    • Navisworks
    • Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent technical detailing skills and a strong understanding of constructability and material performance.
  • Experience in hospitality, residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects is highly preferred.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
